The right supplies, implants & trays, ready before every case.
SurgiOps Intelligence connects your surgery schedule, surgeon preference cards, inventory and tray status, then flags problems days ahead, before they become delays or wasted dollars.
Every surgery center knows this morning.
The information exists. It’s just spread across the schedule, the shelf, the preference card and someone’s memory.
How SurgiOps works
Four simple steps, running quietly in the background every day.
Reads the schedule
Upcoming cases, by surgeon and procedure. Case IDs only, never patient names.
Applies preference cards
Each surgeon’s soft goods, instruments, sets and implants for that procedure.
Checks stock & trays
Compares what’s needed with what’s on hand, on order and ready in SPD.
Flags problems early
Shortfalls, expiring items, trays not ready and implant gaps, days before the case.
A simple view for every team
Each team sees only what it needs to act on today.

Built from the back table
SurgiOps was created by Kirk Delk, an Operating Room Specialist with 13+ years across Army field surgery, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, working both surgical technology and sterile processing.
Now offering pilot programs
We’re partnering with a small number of surgery centers for a hands-on pilot. Setup, training and support are included.
